Read Before Booking This Property:
Please Note – In order to book with us there is a 25 years of age minimum requirement & the person booking the villa must be present during the entire stay. This rule is strictly enforced and a Driver's License will be required and requested for all bookings. Failure to meet minimum age requirement upon check-in guest will be evicted and will NOT be refunded for the entire stay.

Supplies: We do provide a starter kit for the home which includes - Dish soap, 2 trash bags, dish detergent tablet, paper towels, and bath essentials. However, please be prepared to bring any additional supplies that you may need. We only provide single items to get your stay started.
**No Smoking of any kind is permitted in the property: If any signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay a $500.00 penalty fee.
**Pet Policy: This property is NOT pet friendly. Please note: if we find an unauthorized pet in the home, we will ask for it to be removed immediately and there will be an additional charge of a Non-Refundable fee of $500.
**Pool/Spa Policy: The pool/spa heater can be turned on for an additional $35 per day, plus tax, with a 4-day minimum. For best results it is recommended to preorder and have this set up prior to arrival, as it does take 24-48 hours for the water to reach the set temperature.
Please note, once the pool/spa heater is turned on, it can take up to 2 days for the water to reach the set temperature of 86 degrees. This could vary depending on the weather, as the colder it is outside the longer it will take for the water to warm up. Rain can also affect the water temperature and the time it takes for the water to warm up. If the temperature outside drops below 55 degrees, the pool heater will shut off. Once the temperature outside reaches above 55 degrees, it will kick back on. The pool heater runs on a timer with the pool pump; it will run from 9am to 6pm. Even at maximum temperature, the pool will not feel like warm bath water. There are no refunds for pool heat due to weather. We will only issue a refund if it is confirmed by a technician that the heater is broken or malfunctioning.
