The Roxy was quite nice. There is a lot of traffic right out front, but I didn't mind it. Once you get your bearings and find your way around the city, you realize that the Roxy is well situated. I was able to access most of the places I wanted to get to very easily from there. The staff is very friendly and always helpful. My stay was very pleasant and I thought the hotel was great. The price is good and the services they provide are great.

I dont have words for this place. I Will never come back to this Hotel even i live for 2 years i Hai Phong. The staff was ok. Trying to help the Best way. But dont understand english at all. How Can they arrange some trips for you ?
