The staff, area and the room were great, maintenance could do with a nudge as the toilet seat was lose and the shower head was either faulty or not appropriate for the water pressure.

Upon checkin, we found out there was a $50 dog fee. This was never mentioned beforehand, and we never read there was a fee. Only that they were pet-friendly. As we had traveled 300 miles, it wasn’t like we could take the dog back home. As we pre-paid for the room, we couldn’t cancel and go anywhere else. The two checkin girls were unfriendly and indifferent. The blind in our room we couldn’t get to work except for a few inches. The breakfast was great! The breakfast staff was great. We have stayed here before, and it has always been good with a great welcome staff.

Stayed there for four nights and no maid service stopped by the whole stay. They were mainly focused on cleaning the checked out rooms. The pool was out of service which was a downer especially with kids. They said the pool has never been in service since the place opened, which made no sense by the way. They could tell i and other customers were frustrated. Overall the property was decent and looked properly maintained. I just would not stay there again is all.
