The Moonstone Boutique Homestay is a cozy Boho Chic 1bhk designed space near LGBI Guwahati Airport (1 KM away). It is a Couple friendly, Queer friendly, Pet friendly homestay. It features a well furnished main bedroom, a separate well equipped kitchen with dining space, a living room with a sofa cum bed, a private bathroom, private balcony offering comfort and total privacy.

-The Homestay is located nearby Airport with easy access to all kinds of public transport & conveniences.
-Nearby Places of importance are : Airport, ION Digital Zone, Decathlon, IIIT, Accoland and various natural scenic locations which makes it a perfect stay for travelers, students, tourists, couples, professionals & staycationers.
-Ola,uber,rapido and online food delivery available within the property.

HOUSE RULES
-Clean kitchen before check-out.
-Only registered Guests allowed.
-Small gatherings and parties allowed with prior permission.
-Equipped with 15L geyser for hot water, so recommended to use with proper timing between showers.
-If guests are suspected of carrying or using illegal substances of any kind, the authorities will be involved.

Lastly, because this is homestay and not a hotel, please be respectful of the property and keep it clean. Thank you and we look forward to welcome you.
Guest access
-Guest will have to do self check-in with the key from the lock box (placed opposite side of the Main door) after putting the correct passkey provided during check-in.
-Guest will have access to the whole property.
-The Homestay is located on the 1st Floor of the building. The only means to access is the staircase.
-You can access the Terrace by using the staircase.
-Guest will have access to high speed Wi-Fi., well equipped kitchen, workspace, Smart TV, AC.
-Two Numbers of Car parking inside the campus.
-Coffee,milk,tea sachets with electric kettle within the bedroom.
-Regular cleaning service is provided and laundry service can be provided on request.
-Fresh towels, shower gel and Shampoo, soap, dental kit will be provided while checking in.
-Equipped with inverter which will give back up to only the lights and fans during power cuts.
Other things to note
-There will be a caretaker to assist you during your stay.
-I will be there during reasonable hours but will surely be available on call/messages 24x7 for any requests/queries.
-If I am available, I will personally PICK-UP/DROP from Airport (kindly intimate me with the arrival/departure timings at least a day before check-in.
