Walked into our room and it was infested with fleas. My husband and I got around 20 bites on our feet and ankles. Our feet and legs were covered in flea in the matter of seconds. We grabbed our stuff and ran out of the room. Lady at front desk just said sorry and gave us a different room. We had to go outside and get all the fleas out of our shoes and throw our socks away. They just lost a customer.

First walked in the mirror closet wouldn't stay shut so it was in the way trying to go to and from bathroom, the ac took the whole two days to cool off the room, the heat from the hallway and hallway vents just flowed right under the door, the towels had yellow and brown stains on them, the shower pressure was good but no slip resistant shower floors almost had a fall a time or 3. And tje tv was only good on half the channels most of them cut in and out .other than that the price wasnt bad.

The place is dirty, the room air conditioning is bad, and the bathroom is not safe for passengers, which caused my son to slip in the bathroom and hurt his back.

Overall decent place to stay within a nice budget. Room was a little muggy even with the air on. It was rainy during my stay. Water pressure was great. Breakfast was pretty standard, but seemed unappealing so I ate elsewhere. No hair dryer in room. Bed is tall and as a 5ft person I had trouble getting in it. Once I was in it, comfortable.

The main thing that upset me was the housekeeping staff came in while I was sleeping on Friday and took out the trash, I was sleeping and they shouldn’t have came in. On that Saturday when we were due checkout the housekeeping staff knocked on the door at 8:30, didn’t announce who they were and came in to try and clean the room. When they saw us in bed they walked out. After that they did the same thing every 30 minutes! Check out time was NOON! They were rushing us to get out and that was uncomfortable and not professional. I will never stay there again or recommend them! There was only someone at the desk when we checked in on Thursday, rest of the time we had to hunt someone down or wait for them to come back. Our key cards kept deprogramming and we had to take them back three times to get them fixed. We waited 30-45 minutes each time. It was horrible.

I booked the hotel because it had an indoor pool. We went down for a morning swim on our cross country road trip, but the pool was closed for cleaning until 3PM.

We arrived at 1:57 pm after driving for almost 8.5 hours. I approached the counter to check in when the clerk pointed to a gentleman behind me indicating he was there first so I apologized and stepped to the side. She then asked “are you checking in?” I said yes and her reply was “there is a $30 fee for early check in, its not 3 o'clock.” I was speechless and she made it clear the fee was not going to get waived. We left and drove around the small town. When we returned a new clerk was at the counter and after relaying my experience she looked confused and had no explanation. After receiving our keys we went to our room and had an issue opening the door. I went to the front desk and was told “oh yeah you have to pull up on the handle not push down.” Being tired and frustrated as I walked off I said something like “I am so done with this.” My back was turned and I was walking away. The clerk said “ well you dont have to stay. “ Once in the room, we discovered tissue stuffed in the door peep hole, and our shoes stuck to the bathroom floor - very sticky. The breakfast biscuits the next day were cold, the biscuit gravy was flavorless and watery and they were behind on putting half the limited options out.
