Mixed Experience

The room was nice and clean, but the AC in the suite wasn't working despite multiple complaints. Although they changed rooms, the issue persisted. Eventually, they provided a portable fan as a workaround. This seems like a serious concern that needs attention. Apart from the AC, everything else was fine.

We stayed for 2 nights and our stay was very comfortable. We had breakfast included in the package so starting the day was a breeze with a good spread of buffet breakfast.
