I’ve travelled all over the world and this has been my best trip. The staff were absolutely amazing. Not an ounce of arrogance. They were extremely polite and lenient. They even offered me a super late checkout for my convenience and I’ve never had that experience before. I never usually travel back to somewhere I’ve been but I am definitely coming back here to this exact hotel next time. The staff: Lokman, Ece, Gizem and Serkan were the nicest people I’ve met. Each one of them deserves the best and I wish them the best in their life. Hopefully they’re there when I come next time🫡❤️

Not at all what it bills itself as

This place bills itself as 5 stars which is a joke. It’s reasonably well maintained by local standards but you see evidence of poor maintenance everywhere from the pool grouting to stained deck chair covers to rising taps in the room. It’s obviously painted regularly but the place isn’t exactly shiny new. The worst aspect always the nonchalant service. Our room wasn’t cleaned one day and we never got an apology or explanation. And when the room was eventually cleaned, they didn’t even top up the coffee or soap which was empty. Room service trays lay outside rooms for ages and breakfast table service was very slow and nonchalant. I would t go back.
