Located downtown in the heart of it all. This cottage is perfect for those that like to be in the busy part of town. You are just a few blocks from the beach and the casino. This cottage is in a busy area and very diverse neighborhood as it is so close to the casino and hospital. If you are not a downtown type person this environment may not be your cup of tea as there is always some event in the area that draws alot of traffic out front . The porch and swing of this home is my favorite thing great for early morning coffee and evening wine as you will see all the action going on in this fast paced area from that spot. Home has alot of Masculine décor from the 60s and 70s however this home is owned by a hippy lady that loves the 60s genera and the homes decor reflects that. THIS HOME IS MILITARY SUPPORTED AND YOU WILL SEE DECOR THAT REFLECTS THAT IN THIS HOME... This is a 2 bedroom home. 1 bath It is smaller cottage that will accommodate 4 people comfortably. The master bed room has a king bed and the other bedroom has 2 twins that can be pushed together to make a king or leave as twins. The kitchen has basic cooking and eating supplies nothing more. The bathroom is your standard shower bath combo with toilet and sink. This home is NOT a 5 star resort... it is a basic "Clean" and "Affordable" downtown accommodations. I still believe price is a major factor in family vacationing and I have decided to open my home up at a affordable rate to folks.looking for standard clean lodging. My home is not a resort it is a clean and comfortable place for families to enjoy our area at a cheap price. Your welcome to bring your own belongings during your stay to meet your comfort levels as this house has basic amenities. ABSOLUTELY NO FIREWORKS PERMITTED ON PROPERTY. Please be mindful that you are on the Southern Mississippi Gulf Coast. Here we have an abundance of Possums, Raccoons, Squirrels As well as other native vermin or rodents to the area. You are blocks away from the water it is very common to experience mosquitoes, gnats, ants flying beetles, And a host of other insects that are native to this area. Please be mindful of this prior to booking my cottage or any other place on the Mississippi Gulf Coast. We never expected Issues but we do make guest aware of the fact that they are in the South and this is very common to encounter animals/insect that they may have never seen living in a different part of the country. We do request that you keep all trash in the secured cans with the lid close. Please respect the House Rules no smoking inside. No pets under any circumstances. No parties and no events this house is very small it is cozy but no more than 4 people permitted on the property at any time the house is just not big enough. Please keep the home tidy. If the home is left dirty we will charge to have it professionally cleaned the day of check out and this cost is upwards of 500.00. Please no children under the age of 12. The home has décor that may not be appropriate for children under that age. The property does have exterior only cameras located on all corners of house and fence line. Guests are not permitted to touch/cover the cameras doing so will result in eviction The cameras are strictly for property protection and nothing more. The home has exterior wood shutters that the guest are not permitted to move. They are only closed for bad weather and the owners will close them if called. We are not responsible for any damage to personal property or vehicles parked on property at any time during the reservation. Again please be mindful this cottage is located in the heart of Gulfport it is in a very busy area. It is extremely close to the majority of our attractions in the area. We do insist that guessed keep gates closed as well as the property locked and secured when coming and going. We are not responsible for power outages or internet outages. We will inform the providers of the outages if you inform us. We do not permit the guest to use the fire place or candles. Any open flame items are not permitted. This home is small and only 4 people are permitted at any time. We do require a signed lease and a copy of you Id prior to check in instructions being released. Or you may check in with me in person*** Only has 3 parking spaces allowed. Please contact me prior to booking if you have extra large vehicles***
