This super cute home will accommodate up to 14 people comfortably with 2 King size beds, 2 Queen size beds and a bedroom that has two sets of bunk beds with a twin on top and a queen on the bottom. There are open decks to enjoy the view, catch some rays or chat with friends and family. This home has a PRIVATE pool and hot tub (that can be heated WITH AN ADDITIONAL FEE--HOT TUB ONLY) .
THIS HOUSE RENTS ON A WEEKLY BASIS DURING THE SUMMER AND SPRING BREAK
WE RENT A YEAR TO THE DATE. IF YOU MAKE A RESERVATION BEFORE THE CURRENT GUEST REFUSES RENTAL FOR THE FOLLOWING YEAR, WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CANCEL YOUR RESERVATION AND REFUND YOUR MONEY.

Great Experience!
This review is for Fort Morgan Property Management company. We had some issues with the property and Tiffany went above and beyond to make it right. We had such a great vacation because of FMPM company. They really outdid themselves with making e everything right! We will definitely rent another property through them again.
