This condo was as clean as any we have rented in the past. Plus working with Southern Vacation Rentals was great! A couple of miner glitches but they got right on it. If I had any complaints it was about a saggy sofa. But considering all the wear and tear a condo gets, I somewhat understand. Also the pool was closed due to repairs.

Gulf Shores

Guard at front gate very friendly and helpful. Great location and view! Fast elevators! Some very minor issues easily fixable: hall bathroom door wouldn't latch, refrigerator ice-maker and water didn't work, box fan in 3rd bedroom didn't work, patio door in master bedroom very difficult to open (latch rusted out). Both living room couches need replacing. Pool is one pool indoor/outdoor. Bring coffee filters.

Very Nice Condo with killer gulf views

Condo was exactly what was described. Very nice and clean. Views and location to the beach was excellent. Condo was in walking distance to a lot of restaurants. We would highly recommend to familys with smaller kids.
