Silver Beach Condominium Unit 306 tiene una vista impresionante desde su gran balcón alrededor del balcón de la unidad de esquina. El condominio es una unidad de baño de 3 dormitorios y dos. Esta unidad está en el extremo oeste del complejo de baja densidad. Este condominio se encuentra en el 3er piso y tiene vista a la piscina. La vista única provista de barandilla de vidrio y balcones envolventes muestra vistas despejadas del Golfo desde esta unidad amueblada con buen gusto. Siéntese en su balcón envolvente disfrutando de las vistas de las aguas acuáticas y la arena blanca de azúcar.

Se admiten perros, pero deben pesar menos de 20 libras y no están permitidos en la arena según la Ordenanza de Orange Beach. Le pediremos una foto para verificar el tamaño de su cachorro.

La suite principal tiene una cama king size con un televisor de pantalla plana, un baño privado y un vestidor. Esta unidad está equipada con ACCESO DSL DE ALTA VELOCIDAD GRATUITO y llamadas de larga distancia GRATIS. ¡Lo único que falta eres tú! Todo esto combinado con una decoración hermosa y de buen gusto le garantiza una estancia relajante y agradable.
Nuestro hermoso tramo de la playa es realmente inmejorable. Es un corto paseo a la playa y un corto paseo por la calle hasta Walmart Neighborhood Market y otras tiendas de comestibles, tiendas y restaurantes. Hay un área con aire acondicionado a pocos pasos de la piscina con mesas y sillas para disfrutar de una vista frente al mar mientras toma un descanso del sol y la arena.

Great Condo

This Condo was very nice and clean and was big enough for our family of 7. The view of the beach was beautiful and we all had such a great time! Highly recommend this condo if you are planning a trip to Orange Beach.

Family beach trip

Condo was exactly as listed. Nicely updated kitchen, 2 bedrooms were very spacious, and the third was perfect for the kids to share. Love that they had a highchair and pack and play to use and allowed our dog! Great height to enjoy the beach views!

2nd Stay Here

This was our second stay here. We enjoyed both trips here. The host was understanding regarding the pet fee when our pet died prior to our trip, which we appreciated. The host responded quickly when contacted during our stay. The unit was comfortable and convenient to the beach, stores, restaurants, and attractions.

Nice clean property

Beautiful

The condo is beautiful. Just as listed. We loved being on the third floor. The condo is so bright and cheery and the beach here seemed less crowded than others. The location is wonderful. Grocery stores just right across road and a Waffle House and pizza place within walking distance for the teenagers who got hungry again late at night. The only con I have is that our week went by way too fast.

Great place with beautiful view!

We had a wonderful time in this lovely condo. Had everything we needed and especially loved the large balcony. We brought our pets and appreciated the nice area where they could go potty. We enjoyed the fact that Walmart and many fine restaurants are nearby. You will have a wonderful time here. We highly recommend this property.

All Good!

My family has been vacationing in different units at Silver Beach for over 20 years. We like Silver Beach because its close to everything, its pet-friendly, and its only 8 floors which makes for a less crowded beach than the newer, more popular high-rises. After renting from Picard all those years, when they closed up shop, we needed to find another resource to rent from. This worked out great! The unit is well furnished, updated, and clean. Beds are comfortable and have quality linens. Balcony furniture is above and beyond what you normally see in rentals. We definitely plan to stay here again.

cannot ask for a better location in Orange Beach. Pet friendly locations with reasonable pricing are few and far between and this condo is A+ Beachfront. Gorgeous views, Easy in and out, everything you need and three very comfortable bedrooms. Thanks for sharing your space with us!

First time in Orange Beach

Pros: Location was great. It was a third-floor condo with a beautiful view. Plenty of room and beds were comfortable. We enjoyed the Orange Beach area and the Peninsula Golf Course and the Cobalt Restaurant. We enjoyed our walks on the beach in the morning, as well. Cons: Both bathroom fans were annoyingly loud. All kitchen cookware should be replaced. Overall, cleanliness appeared to be ok on arrival, however, the floor was dirty as evident of our white socks! Paper supplies were very low. Only one garbage bag and one paper towel available. The elevators were down when we arrived, so we had to haul our things up 3 floors. They did come and fix it a few hours later. We feel for the price point of this property, these things should not have been an issue.

Birthday at the Beach

A Beach vacay for my birthday! Went to Float Spa for a peaceful float, the Coastal Arts Center, walked the Wade Ward Nature park trails, played arcade games and ate at our fav restaurants. Beautiful sunsets. Mother Nature sent us the most wicked cold, but we still put our feet in the sand. This condo was awesome with the ease of stay and the most gorgeous views!

Communication + Location = Great Destination

Carla is an outstanding host - great communication! The condo is cute and fun - coastal casual and spot on. The beds are comfy. The view of the big blue is beautiful, and with plenty of seating on the balcony. The kitchen is stocked with everything you’ll need to cook and dining and amenities of all types are within walking distance or under a 5 minute drive. We will be back! 🏖️😎

Loved our stay!

My kids and I really enjoyed our stay! It's a smaller condo, so it wasn't super crowded and we got to bring our dog, which was a big plus! The condo was clean and the beds were comfortable.

One of the cleanest units we have experienced in the past 30 years of visiting orange beach. Exellent location with shopping center across the street. Beautiful views from the balcony overlooking the pool and the white sandy beach. We plan to stay here again.

Great Beach Trip!

The property was great for a short beach getaway for my wife and I and our two college age sons. Everybody had their own bedroom, and we enjoyed the beach and the property, and it was easy to get supplies, restaurants, ice cream, etc all within walking distance.

Beautiful oceanfront property

It was our first time in Orange beach and we enjoyed it even though the weather was on the cold side so we didn't get as much beach time as we would have liked. We arrived early as we had been in New Orleans and ask to check in a couple hours early so we didn't have to wait and property owner was helpful and responsive which was greatly appreciated. The view is amazing and condo itself beautiful and fully stocked. It was located close to great restaurants and ice cream right across the street. Highly recommend booking, and will look to book again in the future.
