Property was clean- loved new floors- great views - we had air conditioning problems that took 2 days to get fixed but management worked hard trying to get it fixed . Did a good job on a weekend.

Great spring break getaway

Our group of 18 (4 families) stayed in this condo for spring break. The condo was very spacious with plenty of room for all of us. We loved the beach views and the kids enjoyed the indoor pool on the rainy days. Communication was wonderful with very quick responses. Would definitely recommend!

Just Wonderful!!

Out of ALL the many condos we have stayed in from the East coast to the mid-west... this was a top 5! The view was magnificent. The rooms were perfect! Our group of 18 had a wonderful - wonderful trip!!

Great location

The property was great. 3 of the rooms are excellent. There is a 4th room with two full beds, and bunks beds but they are not comfortable and the posting still says 2 queens. This room does not have two queens it has 2 full beds which makes a difference if an adult is to stay in that room. They have an ice machine and abundance of kitchen supplies! They location is close to the water. The pool is indoor/outdoor which I great.

Spacious condo

Beautiful and spacious condo for a large group to spread out. Property manager was very responsive and attentive. Would stay here again. The property could use a little attention just keeping light bulbs switched out, towels racks secured, etc.

Great vacay!!

Great condo, great location, great beach and great amenities! We had 3 separate families stay 10 total people. Great space and layout of rooms. Beautiful view from living space. Loved the openness of the kitchen/ family and dining areas. The location was great! Only issue was only two parking spaces allowed. Had to pay to park across the street (so budget for that). Overall great trip!

Amazing Beach Place for Large Groups

We've been staying in the area for 40+ years and this was our favorite place we've stayed. It had 4 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms with plenty of room for all 10 of us to spread out with different wings for each family, private balconies and bathrooms in each bedroom, a spacious kitchen, icemaker, elevator that came straight to the condo, an indoor-outdoor pool, incredible balcony views and the easiest walk to the beach. Also, the communicstion from the property manager was top-notch, as they consistently asked if we needed anything. We would definitely love to stay here again and give our highest recommendation!

This place was WAY more spacious than we could have imagined. On top of that, it was very similar to the pictures and clean/well taken care of. The management company was great at communicating pre-arrival information and the check-in/check-out process was seamless. The location of this condo was great. Close enough to the action without being in the middle of it. Quiet building and beach out front.

We just returned home from our stay at Oceania 13. Reserving the condo as well as checking in was super easy. The company stayed in constant contact you through text messages and emails. The accommodations were so wonderful that we didn’t want to leave. Our 4 bedroom 4 1/2 bathroom, 4,000 square feet condo contained everything that we needed. The property was great but the parking was an issue. We used one of the handicap spaces which left the 2nd space allocated for our unit vacant. We were not allowed to pay and use the 2nd spot simply because they only allow the use of 2 spots per unit. The 2nd spot for unit 13 remained vacant for the week and our 3rd vehicle was parked down the street.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had 4 families with a total of 8 adults and 9 kids (ages 1-12), and this was a perfect spot for us! Everything was clean and functional. Each family had their own bedroom, bathroom, and balcony. Closets in each bedroom were large enough for pack n plays for babies to sleep plus room for storage. The extra half bath was nice also. Kitchen was large and had everything we needed, including a large fridge). Good beach access, nice pool/hot tub, and not too crowded (end of March). Owners were very helpful and responsive!

Covered parking slots were too narrow. Location was good, and layout was very good. The bedrooms were separate from the living areas and very quiet. Lots of storage in the kitchen and pantry. Large balcony and sturdy outdoor furniture. Neighboring condos would come over and set up in front of the rental setups. Surprised that they weren’t asked to move to the rear as most places do. It was difficult to see the water sometimes.
