Located in the popular East Beach area of Gulf Shores this one bedroom one and a half bath suite offers you fantastic views from your gulf front balcony. Cool down in the swimming pool and walk onto the beach from the pool deck. This suite offers you a full size kitchen and separate living room. For your comfort, a king size bed is located in the private bedroom with connecting bath. Bunk beds for small children are located in the hallway next to an additional ½ bath.
One parking pass is included in your rental total, and only one vehicle is permitted per reservation. Parking is managed by the property’s HOA, and spaces are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Please ensure your parking pass is displayed clearly on your driver’s side dashboard at all times while on the property.
*Rates are set by the HOA and are subject to change without prior notice.
For the comfort and safety of all guests, U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, and similar vehicles are not permitted on the property.

Good Vacation Spot
This was a convienent all interstate highway drive from Tennessee to the beach. The facility and the staff were great. The balcony view of the beach from all units was wonderful. The parking and the access to the beach was easy. The deposit, payment arrangement, check-in and check-out process was the best I have ever experienced. This was an overall good vacation spot.

I would not rent this place again.
We walked in and the smell was horrible. It was dirty and had a few roaches in it. The beds were so uncomfortable. We drove for 8 hours and it wasn't even worth the drive to this place.
