Campers have s’more fun than those staying at home! This rental space is located in a new RV Resort in beautiful Gulf Shores, AL. It has wide paved roads and great amenities. The RV space has full hook ups for both 30 & 50 amps, water, sewer, electricity, WI-FI, and cable are all included. A level 20 foot wide concrete pad for your RV with plenty of room for your vehicle(s). We have a laundry facility, indoor community kitchen/family area (club house), bath house facility, salt water pool open year round, a playground and a fenced dog walk/run area. Location! Location! Let me tell you the location is perfect! Within 5 miles from the beautiful beaches of Gulf Shores and tons of nearby restaurants and shopping, Alabama Gulf Coast Zoo, Waterville and OWA Theme & Water Park. This is a RV Lot, not an actual RV. There is NO bedroom included. Renter must bring their own RV. RVs must be in good visual condition. RVs older than 10 years of age MUST be approved by providing pictures prior to making your reservation. HUGE discount on monthly bookings!!
