Needs deep cleaning

Pros: Location.
Cons: Rooms need a deep cleaning. Key staff needs improved English language skills.
We were given a room at first that was dingy and smelled of cigarette smoke. I moved into another room but the carpets were filthy and smelled like a locker room. Very unpleasant.
