The expansive balcony provides plenty of space for the whole family to relax and soak up the scenery. After a day of swimming, kayaking, or exploring, come back to a cold drink and a family BBQ while taking in the river and ocean views. Drop-down shutters are also available to keep you comfortable in any weather.

Step inside to classic polished Jarrah floorboards flowing throughout the living areas and master bedroom—complete with its own water views. The open-plan family area features a well-equipped kitchen connected to the lounge and casual meals space, centered around a cozy wood-burning fire for winter stays. For the warmer months, a reverse-cycle split system ensures you stay cool and comfortable.
The mid-section of the home offers a double bedroom on one side and a third bedroom on the other. At the rear, you’ll find a separate laundry area, two compact bathrooms, and two WCs.

Pack a hamper and spend the day or a balmy evening with good company at the gas fired free barbecues under the trees and enjoy the river mouth view. Mother nature is often in action and occasionally the mouth of the river sandbar opens to the sea.
Swing the clubs on one of the most picturesque 9 hole golf courses in WA. For family fun day out enjoy a game of mini golf.
