The appartment had all neccesary for a one week stay; very clean, confortable beds, functional equipmnent, quiet area, easy to find; the host was very supportive and provided us with all required info. Parking in front of the buiding.

The apartment is in excellent condition, has everything you need, the host is very welcoming and responsive, the location is good if you want to visit both Tivoli and Rome. Parking right in front of the building, walking distance to a huge mall with a supermarket.

Convenient bus to Tivoli

The owner was great. He answered my many questions, right away, picked us up and dropped us off at the bus station (which is pretty far away, if walking)His place is clean and has great a/c. Can catch bus right outside to Tivoli, which has beautiful views and gardens. Took about an hour to get to the airport by train, with one change. Mall very close Had some good food there.

Il proprietario è gentile e disponibile; la località è servita da mezzi pubblici: ad un quarto d'ora circa da Tivoli ed in venti minuti circa si raggiunge la linea B della metropolitana di Roma.Animali ammessi: il nostro gatto si è trovato a suo agio!Nonostante il luogo sia di notevole transito (Nazionale Tiburtina), non abbiamo sofferto né per il rumore né per il caldo: buoni gli infissi delle finestre, inoltre nella zona giorno è installato un condizionatore e nella zona notte c'è un ventilatore.Presenti lavatrice, stendino per panni, tavola da stiro, piano cottura a induzione, moka per il caffè.

Accoglienza e assistenza ottime. Appartamento ampio e con tutto quello che serve, persino con generi alimentari di prima necessità. La zona in cui è situato l'appartamento è quella che è, ma già lo sapevamo. Diciamo che centro commerciale vicino e altri servizi a portata di mano lorendono un ottimo punto di appoggio.
