The Space:
Cozy 2-bedroom, 1-bath home featuring a fully equipped kitchen. Unwind in the backyard with a BBQ grill, fire pit, and hot tub. Conveniently located 5 minutes by car from Guerneville and a short 5-minute walk to the Russian River.

Guest Access:
Enjoy full access to the entire home, excluding the garage, which is reserved for cleaning and maintenance.

The Neighborhood:
Peaceful neighborhood tucked away in a redwood canyon.

Getting Around:
Tranquil road winds through the neighborhood. Includes one driveway parking spot and one on-street parking space.

Important: Before your arrival, you'll need to complete guest verification through our third-party provider, Superhog. This step ensures we stay compliant with short-term rental regulations and offer added protection for both guests and properties. Superhog will reach out via email or text for the verification process. Please complete it before your arrival to ensure a smooth and efficient check-in.

Per Sonoma County vacation rental ordinance:
Maximum overnight occupancy (10 PM to 7 AM) is 6 guests.
Daytime occupancy (7 AM to 10 PM) is limited to 6 guests.
Parking available for 2 vehicles, with 1 on-site and 1 off-site spot.
Quiet hours are enforced from 9 PM to 8 AM.
Outdoor amplified sound is not allowed.

Early check-in and late check-out are available upon request and subject to availability. A small fee applies.

Additional guidelines include:

Strict no-smoking and no-pet policies.
An e-signature may be required for the rental contract.
ID verification may be requested.
Self check-in available until 11 PM.
Tampering with WiFi devices is prohibited.
Outdoor security cameras in use.
A refundable security deposit of $2000 may apply.
No commercial activities allowed.
