Dias antes foi enviado um Check-in online para preenchimento cujo qual foi feito, porém chegando no hotel disseram que não tinham atualizado e tive que preencher novamente. As camas são confortáveis, lençóis são limpos, serviço de quarto é diário caso peça para isso. O hotel peca um pouco em estacionamento, já que é pequeno e não possui vagas fixas, as vezes tive que tirar meu carro para outro morador sair. O café da manha estava OK, talvez se tivesse outras opções pudesse melhorar. Brinquedoteca é apenas um espaço, com um tapete, lousa para escrever, não possui brinquedos diversos. Possui um brinquedão de obstáculos próximo a piscina.

Foi muito bom, todos os funcionários educados e atenciosos. Mas, não há lixos pelo hotel, nem no quarto,nem reciclagem do lixo. Observações, não tinha lixo e nem papel higiênico no banheiro do salão de jogos, aliás a fechadura não fecha. O salão de jogos não estava muito limpo. Lençóis e toalhas cheirosas mas manchadas, além daanta ter furos. Não há tela nas janelas, o que permite a entrada deuitas baratas. O pão de forma é um pouco duro. Muito boa a variedade da oferta de alimentos no café da manhã, hotel com um clima muito gostoso, tranquilo e familiar. Ana maravilhosa, super atenciosa, como as meninas da cozinha e da limpeza. Só esses detalhes mencionados acima que podem ser melhorados . Att.

Pessima, a começar pelo quarto que nos colocaram, do lado de fora do hotel, tinha que descer e subir escadas, pátio sem cobertura, acesso horrível, quarto não tinha guarda roupa nem cabideiro, penduramos os cabides que LEVÁVAMOS na televisão, chuveiro nos últimos dois dias, não tinha pressão, café da manhã deprimente, funcionários mal treinanos, estacionamento pessimo, preferi deixar meu carro na rua, não justifica o preço que cobraram.

Só melhoraria o box do banheiro da quarto pq sai mta água e molha o banheiro todo. Melhoraria tbm o café-da-manhã. Tem bastante variedade, mas mto reaproveitamento. O atendimento é impecável e carinhoso. Precisamos de mircroondas e pratos e talheres para uma jantinha rápida e nos foi providenciado. Hotel bem localizado e limpo.
