Enjoyed our stay in this spacious house and property with nice amenities. Host was responsive via messages and phone for a minor issue we had with getting the BBQ grill hot enough. Close to the grocery store, Sea Ranch beaches, and river in Gualala. Thanks!

This is a great house!We didn't know that there were separate bedrooms in another house but it worked out great for our adult children and friends. Loved the back yard with a level lawn for games and the game room with ping pong, TV, pool table - the boys lived in there.The kitchen was well stocked (even had sharp knives - a plus!) and well-organized.The place was so quiet, lovely views from the deck and a BBQ grill.A short 2-mile drive to the beach and town with a well-stocked grocery store and cute shops.
