Considering most of the properties are very old near Yosemite, the overall property is not bad, however being in an area where your cell phones don’t work really well it would be absolutely paramount to have great Wi-Fi, which is not the case. Also, after a long day, hiking and walking throughout Yosemite, and looking to lie down on a comfortable bed, I can tell you these are not it.

Toilet did not flush, as chain was missing, Staff said no ability to fix, no reduction on the $282 per night rate (for a motel-like accommodation 25 miles from Yosemite), asked me to send an email to request adjustment to compensation. Sent the email immediately, including video of the missing chain and inability to flush the toilet - no response received. Tip envelope in the room also had the name Pankaj on it. I imagine he did not check the toilet when he prepared the room.

There are 2 restaurants near by, they were ok, but not worth the price. We made use of the refrigerator, coffee machine and microwave to save on food prices. We were disappointed the hot tub was out of service. Are room was kept clean and office staff was very nice. Very convenient location to Yosemite park. I would stay here again.

Property was fine. You are in the wilderness but the wifi is only working half the time. For a few hours one night we had no water. It came back on around 10pm. Front desk staff was okay, not overly friendly and not really negative. We had two cards decline that have sufficient funds and had to use a 3rd one. It was just a mess. Room was clean and the bed was firm. Has a fridge and microwave.

Nice, clean and spacious room, pool and swing set to use as well. Beds not so comfortable but after a day in Yosemite it’s not hard to fall asleep and Westgste Lodge is a great place to stay. Restaurant next door has great food and is very convenient to start your day with a hot breakfast and finish the day with delicious handmade hamburgers. Great WiFi as well. Definitely would stay at Yosemite Westgate Lodge again.

The Yosemite Westgate Lodge was a great place to stay, close to the Yosemite entrance on Highway 120. We loved having the Buck Meadows restaurant right there, to get food before heading out each morning. The lodge was very clean and comfortable. I’d definitely recommend it!

Very friendly front desk help (sarah) but the tv was not working, the washcloth I was about to start washing my son with was dirty in the middle (like it needed to be bleached). We were put in a room that had an adjoining room, and the walls were paper thin, the very loud people next to us were having a great time until about 2am, we just kept the ac & fan on high to drown them out.
