Star of the Mountain is a spacious, one-level, 2,450-square-foot retreat

located just ½ mile from Marina Beach in the private, gated community of Pine

Mountain Lake in Groveland, California. Built in 2001, this home offers a

comfortable and well-equipped base for relaxing, entertaining, and exploring

Yosemite—just 25 miles away.

Gated Community Access & Fees

The home is located in Pine Mountain Lake, a private gated community with

24-hour security.

A one-time, non-refundable $50 gate pass is required per vehicle, payable

directly to the HOA upon arrival. Stays of 8 nights or longer may incur

additional fees per Pine Mountain Lake Association rules.



Parking & Accessibility

Driveway parking available for 2–3 vehicles

Garage is not available for parking (converted into game room)

Wheelchair accessible: no interior or exterior steps; only two steps into the

garage



Important Notes

No pets or animals allowed at any time—no exceptions

Maximum occupancy: 10 guests (including children and infants)

Sheets, bath towels, comforters, blankets, and pillows are provided (beach

towels not included)

Yosemite Region Resorts is not affiliated with Pine Mountain Lake or its

amenities
