Small modern room but noisy

Small room with very hard uncomfortable bed & pillows. Bathroom OK. Hotel is new but is situated between a main road & a train line so nowhere is really quiet. There was grit on the floor but otherwise clean. The girl who initially received us was very grumpy.

Modern hotel, but closed at night

The hotel is very modern, clean, and confortable. Be aware that the front desk closes in the evenings and thus it is very important to call in advance if arriving past 10pm.

Place is nice and clean, just outside town. But for a small hotel with just 4 rooms on each floor there's no reason for the internet to be barely accessible, and to work slowly even when accessed. Invest $5 in some good connection equipment!

Good place to stay in Grosseto

Very friendly and helpful staff. Very good and reasonably priced restaurant. My room this time had cracks in the plaster on the wall. And the heater/cooler unit was almost useless as the large closet obstructed the vents. But otherwise the room was good. I have stayed before and will again. Price is reasonable and location convenient.

Hotel modern clean and spacious. Staff helpful and polite.Food in hotel excellent . Good choice of dishes to choose from. Manager of hotel continually attentive to our needs. Directions to local town helpful. Breakfast good variations plenty to choose from located upstairs in large bright room. Free safe parking in front of hotel. Marina and beach 10mins away.

Bon rapport prix

Hôtel correct, nous y avons passé seulement 1 nuit . Propre et petit déjeuner correct. Les points négatifs sont le fait d’être proche de l’ascenseur et d’entendre constamment la sonnerie et le jet de la douche qui fuit ce n’est pas pratique, le douche mérite un rafraîchissement.

Per una notte può andare bene

Struttura piccola ubicata in zona isolata, senza ristorante anche se nella scheda di Hotels.com si dice che c'è con tanto di foto. Quindi per cenare occorre usare l'auto. Personale gentile e disponibile, camera con spazi limitati, specie nei servizi dove sono richieste contorsioni per entrare nel box doccia, la mia camera al terzo piano era in pratica una mansarda. Pulizia accettabile come la prima colazione con salato e dolce.
