Strandvilla33 is an elegant new architect-designed building from 2022 in Bauhaus style. An open-plan layout with living/dining area and kitchen island, 2 bedrooms, comfort bathroom with bathtub, walk-in shower and spacious loggia invite you to feel good and relax in the mild sea climate.
The house is located on a 610 square metre green area with bushes and hedges without fencing. The natural beach is 100 metres away as the crow flies. The modern promenade, which was redesigned in 2020, is a 500 metre walk away.
Unobstructed sea views from the fully glazed rear of the house with large loggia. Cosy warmth through underfloor heating in all rooms.
