This "Ibiza-style" modern villa is well appointed with all what you would expect in a luxury villa and more! Smart home features include Alexa Virtual Concierge and August Smart Lock that you use to unlock your front door with your smart phone (a traditional key can also be used). You also are provided with a smart phone (with local minutes and limited data included) on arrival. If you are a "yachtie" contact us ahead of time to discuss use of the the dock (additional charges apply).

Bay Gardens Beach Resort is just a 5 minute walk away with regular shuttle service provided to the Beach Resort as well as the other sister properties. MUST BOOK!!
I loved this villa! I came to St. Lucia for my 30th birthday. The villa was absolutely BEAUTIFUL! Daily cleaning services. They even decorated my bed for my birthday (what a nice surprise). The property manager checked in with us from time to time.
We ran out of water like 2x (but that really comes with being in the caribbean). The property manager made accomodations for us so quickly. One suggestion I would give is to have "how to guides" for the washing machine, microwave, stove/oven. It was a little confusing how to operate it, but we made it work.
Other than that, I would re-book and recommend this villa to family and friends. I will definitely be returning!

Great location
Great location by the marina always something to see. Close to shops and beach. Villa 2 was clean and very well decorated,
plenty of room well equipped kitchen.
Some issues with water pressure to start with but owner was very quick to fix and quick to respond to emails.
We would highly recommend this villa to anyone.
