Disappointing stay, many things misding

After our week in Greve, moved to another place about 70km west, so comparison easy. In the Greve housr: Directions poor, no sign outside about name. Once inside, several things became obvious. No insect screens on windows, no hair dryer, no iron, no toaster, kitchen towels produced reluctantly. All metal cookware but no oven gloves. For house capable of accommodating 8 or 9 (we were 3) only 2 wine glasses, two teaspoons. We were lucky it was cool (second week in other place much hotter) but only one fan. Had we used the a/c it was charged at 2 Euros per hour, an absolutely predatory charge. All the above provided by second place included in a slightly cheaper rent with free a/c. Pool supposed to be cleaned twice/week, but not done during our stay. Altogether very disappointing. Wouldn't stay there again, despite fabulous location.
