Deer Run offers an open floor plan with hardwood floors and a gas fireplace to cozy up by after a day on the slopes. You'll have everything you need to cook, and both an indoor dining table, outdoor screened in dining area for warmer days. The finished basement provides ample room to enjoy spending time with both family and friends in a comfortable environment for an unforgettable getaway.

To enjoy your next trip to this mountainside property, 4WD may be required during snowy months.

Greenwood stay

We had a great time at Deer Run! The house was so clean and the decor was awesome! We had plenty of room and found it a perfect place to escape for a few days! Kitchen was well equipped and plenty of towels, pillows, and blankets. It was 8 minutes from downtown Bethel so close to the market, shops, and restaurants. Side note- couldn’t find a hair dryer and gps (coming from the south) sent originally sent us on backroads that we could not get our car through- we then realized we needed to turn around! May want to give guests a heads-up on that!

Great House near Bethel

Deer Run is a great house! We traveled as a team to ski races at Sunday River. House was well appointed with incredibly comfortable beds. Good layout with plenty of space. Check-in/out was super smooth. Will definitely look to stay here again
