I liked everything except the water closet water tank takes long time to refill after use and the room door was not closing properly. I left my room to town and came back in the afternoon half open.

This property was located in a good area for my visit with my family. But, we watched the morning breakfast team sit and play on their phones for 45 minutes when we needed the bar restocked and the front desk, other than sapphire, was pretty rigid and uncaring. There was mold in my shower.

The property’s location was great, however, the maintenance of the property was poor. The lights over bed blinked, the ceiling had water stains and damage. Paint was peeling from the ceiling and from the walls in the bathroom.

Don’t stay here

I was disappointed with this stay. When we checked in, the staff member seemed to be annoyed that we were there and was very rude. Our room itself seemed rather dirty with a broken window shade, flashing bright lights from the AC unit, and everything just seemed really dated. The hotel was also extremely noisy all night and you could not enter or exit without walking through a cloud of cigarette smoke. I would not recommend this property.

I was at the front desk, no personnel in sight, leaned by the counter and said "hello, can i get some help" waited for 2 minutes and the female made a hand gesture of get away, shoo away, back up before she spoke with me. Well i wouldn't have had to do that if personnel was at counter. Spoke with Front Desk emlployee, asked for an extra towel. I was provided with 2 towels in our king room. Front desk personnel told me to bring my dirty towels to her and she would give me 2 towels. Still doesn't provide me with an extra towel. She told me that i could not get an extra towel because the hotel needed the towels for other guests. Also asked for a fan and she said we don't have those. I told her thank you and have a hood day. So on my return to the room, asked the housekeeper for an extra towel. Housekeeper was so kind to give me an extra towel, no problems no issues. This incident took place on June 3, 2025 between 8am-1030am. Thanks for your time!

Poorly trained staff. My first key didn't work. My second key opened the room but the room was being remodeled. The 3rd key to a new room opened the door fine, but I learned the next morning it opened all the guests doors to the entire hotel. Had to find this out the hard way when I went into someone else's bathroom before realizing it wasn't my room..... oh yeah, TV didn't work and found a cockroach. Besides all that the bed was really really comfortable and I slept good.
