The room had a odor to it but i did not complain because we were only there for one night. And we didn't spend much time in the room. Also i was charged a different price more from what it was and i didn't get anything stating why.

Front desk agent I forgot her name but she was so pleasant, kind, and helpful. Opportunities to improve: the morning potatoes were very cold and the oatmeal was watery. Lastly, the key machine was causing the front desk a hassle because guests were returning including myself to be rekeyed. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay, felt valued, and rested well. We highly recommend and will definitely return should our daughter decide to attend ECU.
