The staff was very nice and the breakfast area was well kept, Bedding and bathroom were clean, but the curtains were shredded and dirty. Walls were dirty and the furnishings were very old and falling apart.

Bad night

Will never stay here again. We booked a king size bed and because we had a small dog with us they felt they could cheat us out of that and put us in a room with two full size beds. Called it an upgrade, we sure didn't feel like it was an upgrade. The room smelled bad, carpet was dirty, and just felt dirty overall.

Good Value

Best value of the area when I searched between Greensburg and Batesville. The chair and carpet has seen better days, but it was clean. Having the hot breakfast every morning really increases the overall value as well.

Two night trip

This a hard review because for what I payed it was great value but I'm not sure if I would stay again. From out side it looked awful . All torn drapes on windows etc. I was even reluctant to go in. It was just me and my 7 year old son. But when I got in the staff where friendly and the small breakfast are looked really good and fresh. Pool was closed. Hall way was dark and eary. Got into room and was happy enough. Bath was good with go shower and room was dated but bed etc was clean. Again the curtains / blinds need replaced not good at all. Breakfast was as good as you could have. Good choice and place was clean and tidy. So in ending it wouldn't take much to improve this hotel alot. But for what I paid I really can't complain . Ps plenty of food options walking distance from hotel.

Batesville IN

Check in was ok but they charged me for my stay beforehand. I have never had this done in all my travels. What if there would have been an unforseen issue? Pool was closed for maintenance, disappointing but not a deal breaker. No elevator, so older property. Cooking smell on floor, even though it clearly says No Cooking in the rooms. EXTREMELY, humid and sticky through out the interior of the hotel and hallways...no AC in the building? Fortunately, room was comfortable. I will be back to the area but will find better accomodations. It also seemed like more than "staff" work and possibly live there.
