It’s the second time I’ve stayed there. The staff is extremely professional and beyond courteous. The breakfast is OK. The rooms are a little above OK. Very clean, but yes, small but the staff makes up for everything. Well done.

Expedia did call and did her best to get my refund but hotel wasn’t cooperative at all! Going this weekend with 15 family members but will not be staying at Tru! Very poor customer service

Great location for a short stay

I would have given our stay a 5 star, however, the only reason why I didn't was because the bed mattress was a cheap and very hard mattress. Other than that, everything else was great. The woman who checked us in that evening, I want to say her name was Amina, was great. Wonderful customer service and cordial.
