This cozy home features an eat-at bar, perfect for enjoying meals and a coffee station conveniently add for your morning routine. Natural lighting fills the space. Ceiling fans are in all rooms. House rules are in place to ensure a pleasant and comfortable stay. Please take note of the house rules before booking the home. Failure to observe these rules can/will result in additional charges. Our homes are inspected after each stay.
DAMAGES:
There will be a temporary hold on your credit card for $200.00. This is a fully refundable deposit and will automatically be released back to your card 5 days after check out, provided there is not damage to the property. If you find any damage to the property during the check in process, please report it to the host immediately and provide pictures.

Parties are not allowed at this property. Out of respect for our neighbors, we request noise be kept at a minimum between the hours of 11:00pm-8:00am.
