We stated 11 days in Hilton Garden inn Winter Park Orlando, Fl. And was a fabulous place as five stars hotel. The current hotel were we stated in Greensboro is not the same looks like 2 stars, we regretted to stay for three day.

The property was fine. My issue was i selected 2 rooms 1 king 1 with 2 queens. Ended up with 2 kings. Paid additional for pet deposir that expedia did not explain. Included breakfast but was double charged. The staff took the breakfast charge off the bill

Check-in was smooth. Had to use the stairwell to get to our 3rd floor room due to 1 elevator shutting down and a continuous line for the other. The room was clean and beds were comfortable. Thermostat in the room wouldn’t adjust though. Was a window unit controlled by a wall monitor that would let you change it, but it kept going back to the preset temperature. AC at the indoor pool was broken. There was only 1 washer and 1 dryer. The dryer was broken.
