since we reserved our room on line the staff was very unhelpful when we tried to cancel our room due to the fact our car was stolen before we got there to check in. they said there was nothing they could do because we ordered on line. so basicly i paid for a room i didn't use. don't know if I will use this service ever again or stay at this hotel

Very nice facility with beautiful decor throughout the hotel. Rooms were comfortable and clean, though the mattress was of medium quality, the bedding and pillows were comfy. The pool was just the right temp and hot tub very relaxing. Breakfast was standard with waffle maker, toast, mini muffins, cold and hot cereal, fruit and yogurt. Cute Michigan shop in the lobby. Though we don't mind stairs, an elevator would make the 2nd floor much more accessible for all guests.

Our room was right next to the stairwell which was horrible. People stomping their feet up and down the stairs all night the first night. Second night was equally as bad with the room on the other side of ours blaring their RV and partying until 5 in the morning. No coffee in the lobby. They only had the little coffee pots in the room. They didn’t bother cleaning our room the second day so we did not receive any coffee for the next morning. We have stayed here in the past with good experiences. This time was just bad all the way around.

I am sorry that we did not meet your expectations during your stay. During the pandemic, we have not been able to enter rooms, but do have a form in each room to request extra items. I apologize that we missed the mark with this stay and hope to make future ones much better. Thank you for letting us know how we are doing.

Property is okay - was relatively clean and up to date. We came back to our room after a long day visiting family - some one had obviously been in our room -- lights were on that we had left off but the room had not been cleaned -- beds not made, trash not emptied, dirty towels not removed/replaced. When I complained at front desk, the room number was taken down to be "checked into" but never received an explanation or apology.
