The open kitchen is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, four induction hot plates, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, and a freezer. There is also a shower room with a bidet and a toilet.

The apartment is well-equipped with various amenities to ensure a comfortable vacation. It has air-conditioning and underfloor heating (heating is available only from October 15 to April 30).
