Just a couple of things need attention

Quiet and comfortable once inside the duplex. The neighborhood is unkept and the house really needs a good power wash. If you want to spend time sitting outside there is really no good place to sit. There were no garbage bags in the kitchen trash can and we searched for one but could not find any. The place was clean, the air conditioner units kept us cool and the beds were comfortable.

Nice place

Audrey’s place is really nice and had everything we needed to make my family’s stay extremely comfortable. Looks like the neighborhood is making a lot of changes which we didn’t mind. It was really close to downtown Grand Rapids which was really great! My kids loved it!! Would definitely stay again!

The place seemed very normal on the outside but it was very well kept on the inside. It was well furnished and comfortable with cute decor. The door lock is a bit confusing and the first email had the wrong code on it. When I called the host they were condescending towards me for not knowing which email had the correct code. Everything else was great.

Just What We Were Looking For

We came to town for the Lantern Festival and this place was just what we were looking for. Very clean, quiet neighborhood, easy access to so many things. We are looking at coming back in the fall for the dinosaur's at the zoo. Thank you!!!

Great location for Zoo/Lantern Fest

Came to GR with my mom and baby to visit zoo for Lantern Fest and Gardens, so great location. Took a long while to get warm since the thermostat was at 62 and no extra blankets in the closet, not ideal for infant and my mother. One of the bedroom doors wouldn’t close so I had to use my suitcase to keep shut. Very clean and nicely updated. Easy checkin.
