Last Minute Cancel! Very frustrating!

We asked for check in details the morning of our check in, as we had not heard anything. We then received an email that our stay was cancelled. No explanation. No nothing. Just a comment that our money would be fully refunded. We had to scramble for another place to stay for four nights. We gave one star rating for each, as there was no 0 star option. Be forewarned if you book this place.
Stayed 4 nights in Feb 2023
