horrible
location a bannir, nous avons même demandé à expédia de nous reloger tellement c'était inadmissible! rien ne correspond à la description, état général horriblement sale,l'appartement qui nous est proposé n'est pas celui de l'annonce, mais nous l'avons vu de loin et cela n'a pas l'air mieux que ce que nous avons eu! le wifi ne fonctionne pas, j'ai mis 1h à récurer une casserole pur pouvoir l'utiliser tellement c'était sale, les draps sont sales et sentent mauvais, ils devaient fournir des serviettes pour 3 personnes heureusement que j'ai pensé à en amener...! il y a des coupures d'eau incessantes, les matelas sont des éponges et donc impossible de dormir correctement quand vous sentez la planche de bois qui sert de sommier, la piscine est sale des déchets trainent autour, le carrelage autour cassé donc dangereux si vous venez avec des enfants.. Il y a des cafards partout, certes dans les iles il peu arriver qu'il y en ai mais là il y en avait encore et encore.... les WC et la douche fuyaient au point d'inonder la salle de bains à chaque douche ou passage aux toilettes... nous attendons encore le passage du plombier! Cerise sur le gâteau, des travaux dans l'immeuble dès 8h du matin et même le dimanche!! le jardin est en fait la cour qui sert de parking le barbecue n'existe pas, le gardien nous à même dit d'aller en acheter un et qu'il nous rembourserait.. je cherche encore l'aire de jeux pour enfants.. balais brosses des WC à même le sol... ABOMINABLE y'a pas d'autre mot!!!!

A EVITER DIFFICILE A TROUVER BRUYANT CAR FETES
Nous avons mis 2 heures en pleine nuit pour trouver l'appartement, il est dans des rues non indiquées, le propriétaire avait coupé son portable et ne nous avait donné aucune indication pour le trouver...Ensuite l'immeuble étant totalement inhabité, le gardien loue des appartements libres pour des fêtes et anniversaires, nuits blanches assurées... Des moucherons envahissent la cuisine de l'appartement, les poussières ne sont pas faites, pas de drap housse pour faire le lit, à éviter totalement....

Location neuve, mais aucun équipement fonctionne
Bonjour, Nous sommes arrivé le 24 à 16h00, le gardien Danny(Très sympa) nous a remis les clés. Et la, les problèmes ont commencé! Le compteur électrique sautait toutes les 15 minutes. Du coups pas de frigo, pas d'eau chaude et impossible de faire des courses n'ayant pas de frigo fonctionnel. Le problème électrique a été réglé le lundi 26/12, toutefois les problèmes de cette location ne s'arrête pas là. Tous les équipements étaient neufs (frigo/plaques/télévision...), sauf que la télévision n'a jamais fonctionné vu qu'elle n'était pas raccordé à l'antenne. Le wifi maintenant mentionné sur le site accessible dans les chambres , déjà si on arrivait a avoir un signal dehors c'était un miracle!!! les 2 derniers jours ont été un cauchemar, impossible de prendre une douche ou de se laver,l'eau dégageait une odeur nauséabonde (égouts). Enfin et le plus important, nous sommes partis en famille avec 2 enfants dont un de 7 ans. Aucune sécurité dans cette location, que l'on soit à l'intérieur ou à l'extérieur. Une bouteille de gaz dans la douche!!!, niveau sécurité on est au top!, la piscine ne dispose d'aucun système de sécurité!. si vous souhaitez je dispose de photos!
