Modern two floor apartment right next to El Cabezo's famous beach. Safe and well maintained community with pool, playground and paddle court. The apartment has just been renovated and is clean and bright. It has two bedrooms, three bathrooms, a fully equipped brand new kitchen and a living room. There is also a large outdoor patio with dining furniture.

Located only a short walk from the center of lovely El Medano, where you will find plenty of restaurants, shops, more beaches, all kinds of watersports and a great atmosphere. Surrounded by beautiful nature and yet only ten minutes away from the airport.

Tolle Wohnung mit toller Lage. Wir kamen spät nachts an. Aber das war kein Problem, Hans hat uns den Schlüssel um 1 Uhr übergeben. Toller Service. Die ruhige Lage mit Strand vor der Tür und sauberen und ruhigen Pool war klasse zum relaxen. Die Kinder hatten auch viel Spaß. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Perfect apartment for a kite and family holiday

Perfect apartment for a kite and family holiday. Everything you need including a nice outdoor patio. We felt at home straight away and never wanted to leave. Beach just outside the complex and short walk to central El Medano. We will come back!

Moderne Wohnanlage mit Pool etwas abseits von Medanos

Bei der Anlage handelt es sich um eine reine Wohnanlage mit Pool Bereich, keine Ferienanlage wie oft in Teneriffa anzutreffen. Die Wohnung ist relativ neu und modern auf 2 Etagen mit Terrasse. Küche, 3 Toiletten und 2 Bäder, sowie die Ikea Einrichtung wirkt alles neuwertig. Direkt in der Nähe sind 2 Restaurants und ein Surfverleih mit Schule. Dazu ein traumhafter Sandstrand. Das Stadtzentrum el medano, Teneriffas Surferparadies, liegt ca. 1km entfernt und ist zu Fuß gut zu erreichen. Wir können die Wohnung nur empfehlen.

Appartamento buono,peccato per la la posizione

Nel complesso buono ma peccato la posizione che non offre una buona vista essendo girato a nord e davanti ad un’altra palazzina quindi il mare non si vede. Ottimo il posto esterno anche se andrebbero riviste le sedie ed il tavolo che sono un po’ datate e scomode forse qualche cuscino non ci starebbe male e anche uno sdraio. La cada nel complesso ci si sta bene c’è pure la lavastoviglie che non c’è scritto. Peccato lo scarico dei piani superiore che sono nel seminterrato che fanno un po’ rumore e a volte non te lo aspetti e ti spaventi. Tutta la struttura esterna ed interna è in cartongesso e quando tira vento forte trema l’edificio è fa molto strano ma all’interno non si sente molto i vicini a parte se quando scendono le scale i bambini che saltano Comunque a quel prezzo gli appartamenti si trovano anche vista mare. Proprietaria molto gentilissima è disponibile anche se non presente
