Loads of character and charm

Luis was extremely helpful and excellent communication via whats app. Great location close to the cathedral, shops, restaurants, etc. There’s a small grocery store steps away and a great breakfast spot. The building has been restored yet maintains a vintage feel with loads of character. the apartment is bright, spacious and very clean. The bed is large and comfortable with good pillows. parking is an easy walk with good access to highway. can’t fault anything!

Awesome host and property! Great location too. Free laundry included (in building) was also a huge plus! Would definitely stay here again. There were two small negative points, but they don't change my recommendation: - Check-in time is 4PM, which is later than most hotels. However, the host is awesome, just send a message and they will try to accommodate (they were able to for us) - The tiles do look a bit dated inside our room (scratches, etc). This was purely cosmetic and didn't affect us at all.

Luis siempre fue muy cordial, atento, eficiente y realmente se interesa por ayudar. Excelente trato de su parte. La ubicación del hotel es muy buena, se puede llegar fácilmente a diversos lugares. Además, la habitación time muy buena proporción, cuenta con todos los aditamentos necesarios para tener una buena estancia.

Location is good, stone throw to Granada Cathedral and you can also walk up to Alhambra (Spanish Gate). Property is older and Room leaves to be desired. Bedroom is the best, king bed, very quiet == good sleep! Kitchen is quite bad, my unit didn't have small table (shown on photos) you can sit on, only hard bar stools. No convenient plug for computer that was close enough if you sit there. Some might enjoy very high ceiling with mosaic pattern on the floor. Check in is rather odd. Despite manned front end reception, they want you to use high-tech app; web version, probably standalone Android/iPhone app too, with sliders to open doors. (I worked 30 yrs in IT so I am not technically challenged, I just think it's unnecessarily over the top) There is also laundry, 1st floor only 1 unit but it works well. Overall it fits well with general Granada vibe, but won't be for everyone.

Loved our stay in Granada

We loved our stay here so much! The room was spacious and unique. We loved the tile floors. And the view from the windows was gorgeous. It was great having a little kitchen and free laundry access. The location was perfect.

A gem of a place. Very very clean, spacious, plenty of windows throughout the place. It was very easy to communicate with staff and they would respond right away. The parking they recommended as they had a special rate ended up also having an electric charger for the car so that was very helpful in my particular situation. Would absolutely recommend this place. Easy check in (they contact you through WhatsApp and send you the code through there).

Great stay close to everything!

This property was fantastic. Great communication from the hosts before and during the stay via whatsapp. The location was busy, in downtown Granada which meant it was so easy to walk to everywhere, including the main train station and buses to Sierra Nevada. The wifi was fast, and the smart tv meant you cpuld put on music or netflix or whatever. The kitchen was basic, but there was a decent sized fridge, a pot and a pan. I recommend earplugs as the street lifw can go until very late, but this is part of the experience!

Amazing location - in the center of the historic town, next to the Royal Chapel and the Cathedral, and just 5-10 min walk to most of the important sights. At the same time, the location is quiet, which is rare for a central location like this. The building and the apartment are excellent. And we appreciated having the free and easy to use guest laundry. Entry access using an app was easy and convenient. The communication with the staff was easy and quick. There is a very convenient public parking garage in 8-9 min walk. It is large and the parking spaces are wide (unlike many other parking garages in old towns). I would definitely stay in this apartment again.

Fantastic property with an excellent blend of traditional charm and modern amenities. Right in the centre of the historic area so you can walk to all the sites and cafes. Groceries nearby. Wonderful stay in Granada.

My husband and I had an amazing time in Granada. What made it especially nice; was the lovely, just right for two, apartment. We loved the location right in the center. We were able to walk to all the sites we wanted to see and enjoyed the walks there and back. Moreover, I would like to thank Luis (apartment manager) for being so amazingly attentive to us. There were floods again a few days ago and our trains got canceled. Luis was there for us every step of the way. He was absolutely exceptional and kept us calm with his helplessness. Also, I would like to point out that we stayed in 3 different cities, in 3 different Airbnbs. This apartment had the best mattress. 😊

Absolutely great place to stay that you’ll never regret! The staff communicated with us from couple days before our arrival so that we don’t have any trouble entering/checking in to the place. Location is right at the heart of the town and walkable to all sights and bus stops. The rooms are super cute and you can get a grasp of authentic Granada living, with clean and convenient facilities (shower, small kitchen, smart tv, elevator, laundry room, etc). The staff gave us a wine as a gift after we checked in, and that added alot to the start of our family’s Granada trip.
