This hotel is well-maintained, clean, and offers solid service. Its modern industrial design is appealing, and the beds are comfortable, though it lacks local traditional charm. The staff is friendly and helpful with tours and transportation. Situated in central Granada, the location is a major advantage, with shops and tourist attractions just a short walk away. A minor drawback was our warm 3rd-floor room at 22°C, which required us to turn off the heating and open the window at night. Overall, it’s a practical and efficient chain hotel that provides good value for travelers seeking comfort and convenience.

this hotel is located in the twon center and has lots of dining options. very close to the cathedral if yoy lije to go, but for me, i have bored withe them after seeing many. the google map is very hard to find the best route for it. the hotel has its own parking which js good. there is bus station next to it to the palace of alhambra which is great!

Good location, clean sheets and pillowcases, kettle for tea and coffee provided, very nice staff. No facial tissues, very strong cleaning chemical smell that gives me a headache. Not sure if it’s the towels or bathroom or bedroom that smells. Otherwise everything was fine.

Perfect cozy stay in a great location

Everything was perfect for us. Hotel was very clean, beds were comfortable, shower worked great. We stayed in a twin room with balcony, and it was overlooking the attached restaurant and some bars downstairs. That said, some of the noise from the street and the bars could be heard from inside the room even with the balcony door closed. We did not mind it, however, and we still had very comfortable sleep. A point to take note of if a guest is very sensitive to sound.

Great value hotel. Excellent location, safe and quiet. 15 mns walk to Alhambra (taxi in front 7euro ) Room spacious, clean, comfy beds, excellent water pressure. Balcony no view though. Breakfast ok. Parking in building, though an aventure to drive to the underground parking. All in all, very happy with the stay, a great value hotel

If you arrive by car make sure to follow the instructions provided by the hotel. Perfectly situated in the middle of town. A must stay if you enjoy historic buildings and lively nighlife.

The hotel is lovely. Bed was comfortable. The room is very hot and the thermostat is pre-set to not go below 20 degrees. I was in a room with a single window that overlooked a courtyard with restaurants below. It was very noisy in the evenings and early in the morning when they would begin to set up for the day. Front desk staff was cordial.
