Highly recommended.

Charming hotel with a courtyard, very comfortable room. The location is convenient, however there is no breakfast nor fresh coffee.

I wish I would have never stayed here. Read on.

We stayed three nights in October 2019. When we checked in the room was unusually hot. We asked the desk clerk, “Oliver” to manipulate the hand held air conditioning remote by personally going to our room. He agreed. We returned from dinner and effectively nothing was any cooler. Since we had a thermometer with us it was 82 degrees. We barely slept. On our second night I implored Oliver again and he said he couldn’t do anything about it. We asked for another room but the place was full so we suffered through another very unpleasant night. The third night we gave up and suffered again. We could not open the widows to get outside cooler air because people could look easily into our room. I was also not keen on the fact that wanted 2 euro daily if I wanted coffee/tea in our room. They also wanted 9 euro, up front, to park but I had already agreed to that. When we checked out the last day, I told another desk clerk very politely that our visit was most unsatisfactory. She expressed neither enthusiasm or interest so we assume this happens to everyone. I talked to my credit card issuer about getting a complete refund but who knows how that will work out. My main point is that I do not believe anyone should experience a 82 degree Fahrenheit room especially after you make three face to face efforts to reconcile it. I can’t recommend this hotel and no, I won’t stay here again.

Small cozy hotel

It’s a small and cosy hotel with Moroccan layout that provide car parking at their compound. Walking distance 10-15mins to the main area. They provide kettle, hairdryer & small toiletries but no mineral water. They also provide complimentary coffee up to 4pm. Staff is good and helpful. Room is not really quiet but we have adequate sleep.

Granada City break.

Hotel has real character and very friendly and helpful staff. Convenient for walking into Granada centre. The area felt very safe at night. Very quiet location. Kettle in room a bonus for a Spanish hotel.

As previous reviews have said please ignore the street as the hotel is better than the surrounds and you are only a couple of minutes from the Main Street through Granada. The hotel staff were excellent and very helpful and informative. We had a great time in Granada.

Very friendly and well-organized check-in. We arrived well before check-in time, but they allowed us to park our car and watched our things until we returned. They were very helpful in terms of providing us with a map and explaining the main sights. The room was simple, but very clean, comfortable and air conditioned. It is true that the front desk is not 24 hours, but there is a phone number in the room that you can call in case you need to get in touch with hotel management after hours. Would definitely go back.

Sheer delight to stay here.

We went as a group and this was an amazing place to stay we had the three rooms at the far end, it felt like our own oasis and nothing was too much trouble, there were chocolates on arrival in each room, lovely shower and the courtyard was perfect, definitely recommend 10/10.

This hotel is tucked away in a back street with lock ups. It is a gem of a place. The staff were fairly young, enthusiastic and helpful. Nothing was roo much trouble. There was complimentary coffee in reception which was welcoming after a cold day sightseeing. There was a kettle and cups in the room. The courtyard was perfect for a quiet read or chat, sadly not warm enough when we were there but a lovely place. It was ideally situated as an easy walk to everywherewe wanted to go. Would definitely recommend as value for money, and typicaly spanish..

Not considering cost, this is a good hotel. Taking into account that we paid just £100 for 2 nights and parking, this is absolutely fantastic! Cute central patio area, a fairly large room with more than adequate bathroom. Very friendly staff who spoke excellent English, a bonus! They were happy to let us leave the car after we checked out during the day, we paid a little bit more but a bargain compared to having to move it to public parking. Only slight downside is that it's in a slightly dubious-looking street. Don't be put off - and in 1 min, you're on a main shopping street anyway. (We also found the pillows a little large, but each to their own...!) Sure, it's simpler than a 4* hotel. But you'll pay less than half, and it's more than worth it.

Small cosy hotel in a nice neighborhood

Nice little hotel in a good neighborhood. Reasonable prices. City centre about 15-20 minutes walk, Alhambra just a few minutes more. Plenty of buses stop near by if you don't fancy walking. Our room was large and comfortable. I loved the central courtyard. The hotel has an original rustic feeling. Plenty of cafés and bar's around. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Would recommend and would stay again.
