Muito bom, café da manhã tem uma pessoa fazendo Capuccino maravilhoso, atendimento impecável. Localizado num bairro bem pacato e muito tranquilo, pertinho demais do Lago Joaquina Rita Bier. Recomendo!

Instalação boa. Atendimento por parte dos colaboradores excelente (sem excessão). Mas o sistema de televisão é péssimo. Tvbix horrível de funcionamento. Com poucos canais e direcionados a emissoras de Campinas-SP. E o sistema da tv Box yzi play todo no idioma chinês. Gostaria que o dono explicasse o motivo. Sistema inoperante. Fizemos uma assinatura Globoplay e assim mesmo tivemos dificuldade de operar pelo sistema da televisão ser arcaico e péssimo.

Excelente estadia! Fomos em família (eu, meu esposo e filho de 2 anos). Ambiente limpo, cheiroso. Atendimento nota 1.000. Perto do centro 15min da rua coberta. Pessoal do hotel simpáticos, educados. Na virada de ano deixaram um mino (chocolate, taça de acrílico e espumante) e tinha musica ao vivo no café da manhã. Mais que recomendo. Perfeito!! Chegaram tarde da noite, tinha café, chá, bolo e pão de queijo… que ajuda já que quase tudo está fechado e todos os dias eles disponibilizam esse lanchinho o dia todo na recepção. Em noasa chegada tinha um chocolatinho em nossa cama tb. São ótimos.

Excelente custo benefício.

Funcionários cordiais. Boa localização (300m do mini mundo). Conforto excelente. Como critica construtiva poderia ser melhor exposto a informação que o serviço de quarto só é realizado se sinalizado no interruptor do quarto. Não fomos informados e por isso não limparam o quarto no primeiro dia. Nos outros dias sinalizado e limpeza impecável. Vale a pena. Sem mais ressalvas.
