Hotel novo, mas um hotel fora do perfil de Gramado, corredores frios sem calefação, muito mármore pouca atmosfera da Serra. Não tinha secador de cabelo nos quartos, café bom, mas simples se comparado com outros de Gramado. Não tinha roupão nem para aluguel! Não é um resort, não tinha entretenimento nenhum, nem programação de recreação. A área da piscina é bem pequena diante da estrutura. Um hotel de luxo que não entendeu a atmosfera de gramado.

As impressões do Hotel recém inaurado. Hotel gelado. Não tem calefação, corredores e áreas comuns. Por ter sido construído com muita pedra, o ambiente o torna gelado. Na recepção - Acabamentos mal feitos no balcão de recepção com ripado, o painel de trás não ficou legal, parece uma grande cabeceira de cama. Sala do saguão: A disposição dos sofás parece uma loja de móveis, muito sofás e poltronas e estes não estão combinando nas disposições que fizeram. A lareira falsa existente lá acaba com a tradição da Serra, muitas pessoas vem pra Serra pra se sentirem acolhidas com o fogo, um vinho e se deparar com uma lareira falsa decepciona, principalmente turistas. Quarto: A primeira impressão ele é lindo, ficando um pouco lá os detalhes começam a aparecer. A cama poderia ser pelo menos Queen, é casal normal. Não ter um roupeiro prejudica muito, ainda mais quem vai em 4 pessoas. Nós éramos 2, ok, mas ter apenas aquele móvel aberto e pequeno no lugar de roupeiro não ajuda. Lareira falsa no quarto, achei uma ótima ideia, pena que não conseguimos enxerga-lá quando estamos na cama. Acredito que se tivessem posto na sala daria um visual aconchegante muito melhor, deitado no quarto poderíamos vê-la. Um espelho de corpo fez muita falta. Deixar senha do Wi-Fi e ramal da recepção aos olhos facilitaria.
