Great stay

Very well stocked kitchen and clean, beautifully presented property. There was clear instructions before arrival and contact from management company on several occasions prior to stay. There was however a lot of rules and there are a lot of labels at the property with some of these rules. As an adult it felt kind of uncomfortable to have these spelt out. I had to provide drivers license and the names of the people staying despite booking through Stayz and having great reviews from previous stays booked on the site. I was warned any damage would be charged to credit card provided and was also charged 2% credit card fee on top of the booking fee that was not stated before proceeding with the booking. Minor things but it seemed over the top. The beds were comfortable and the property well presented. Cushions for the seats outside and the dining chairs replaced would be great. Dining chairs bottomed out and also the fan downstairs echoes into the bedroom upstairs making it hard to sleep. The view is amazing and the property is a beautiful place to rest, recharge and enjoy the company of friends. Would recommend if those few things were improved and only one reminder of the rules. Also only allowed 4 cars at the property. Not mentioned before booking and not a problem for us but given it sleeps 8 it could be for others.

Beautiful location

This was a lovely location and the house beautiful. I want to say that we were invaded by millipedes which literally covered the ground floor living, laundry and bathroom...not very pleasant. The place was supposed to have portable heaters this was not present.The tv use and setup was not explained and there was a Telstra box that no longer works with the tv...this was just confusing.

Great spot for a girls trip

Clean, coastal property with fantastic big deck to enjoy the gorgeous view of the ocean. Wonderful pantry items provided by the thoughtful owners as part of the stay. Our only feedback would to have some full length mirrors for installed those getting ready for special occasions (and in our case our wine tour!)
