In the comfortably furnished 1-room apartment there is a high-quality sofa bed (170 x 200 cm, with 18 cm mattress), on which you can relax in front of the flat screen TV, and a well-equipped kitchenette with ceramic hob, oven, 2 refrigerators , microwave, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, coffee maker and much more. everything for meals together.

After an eventful day, you can relax on the south-facing terrace with a view of the countryside.

Eine schöne, kleine und gepflegte Wohnung, in der wir uns wohlgefühlt haben. Die Teiche und schönen Wanderwege direkt vor der Haustür haben unseren Aufenthalt abgerundet.

Im großen und ganzen war ich zufrieden
Die Wohnung liegt ein wenig abseits und schön ruhig. Man kann wunderbar direkt von dort seine Wandertouren starten. Die Wohnung sieht bis auf die Terrasse, die leider sehr ungepflegt ist, genau so aus wie auf den Fotos. Ansonsten sind es Kleinigkeiten den der Vermieter beseitigen sollte. (Kaputte Schublade, neuen Duschvorhang, Thermostat Wohnzimmer ect.) Das einzige was mir missfallen hat, ist der Check in. Das man seinen Schlüssel an einer Schlüsselbox bekommt ist völlig OK. Die Anreise war mit 15 Uhr angegeben, wenn aber die Schlüsselbox im Ort ist und man von dort an noch zur Wohnung fahren muss. Sollte der Schlüssel früher verfügbar sein. Das war nicht der Fall , auf die Sekunde genau habe ich den Schlüssel bekomme.

Das Appartement liegt im Hochparterre eines Mehrparteienhauses aus den 70er/80er Jahren in einem abgeschiedenen Gebiet mit verfallenen Ferienhäusern. Das Appartement wurde schätzungsweise in den späten 2000ern renoviert. Die Bilder und der Anzeigentext bei Fewo-Direkt wecken falsche Erwartungen, was nicht schlimm wäre, wenn man offen damit umgehen würde. In der Annonce bei Fewo-Direkt ist zwar die Rede von einem Schlafsofa, aber wir hätten nicht gedacht, dass das Schlafsofa die EINZIGE Schlafmöglichkeit dort ist. Üblicherweise gibt es ja noch ein Schlafsofa als Notbett oder für Kinder, aber hier ist das Schlafsofa leider die einzige Möglichkeit. Schlafsofas sind mal für eine Nacht okay, aber nicht für die Dauernutzung geeignet und so merkt man dem Schlafsofa an, dass hier schon seeehr viele Nächte drauf verbracht wurden. Es ist so weich und durchgelegen, dass man sehr tief einsinkt und wenn der Partner sich mal umdreht wird man von dem lauten Quietschen wach. Das ist einfach eine Zumutung. Weil es eigentlich ein Sofa ist, gibt es natürlich auch kein Nachttischlicht, sodass man das Licht ausmachen und dann im Dunkeln zum "Bett" gehen muss. Nicht so schlimm, aber halt auch nicht so durchdacht. Bettzeug für das Schlafsofa gibt es leider nicht, was ebenso in der Anzeige deutlicher kommuniziert werden sollte. Bettzeug kostet stolze 30€ extra, was vollkommen irre ist. In der Küche wären ein paar neue, scharfe Messer gut. Das WLAN hat 16MBit, was OK ist, wenn man nichts streamt.

Sehr zu empfehlen
Die Wohnung war super schön. Super toll auch mit Hund, da sie im Erdgeschoss ist. Die Lage ist auch super. Schön ruhig, man ist direkt im Grünen und vorallem direkt auf dem Wanderweg Liebesbankweg. Zur Erfrischung für den Hund waren auch viele Teiche in der Nähe. Zu Fuß oder mit dem Fahrrad ist man auch schnell im Örtchen gewesen

Schöner Urlaub im Harz
Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub im Harz, das Appartement liegt unweit des Waldes und schöner Natur und ist idealer Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen. Es ist gut eingerichtet. Die Küchenausstattung ist gut, könnte aber an der einen oder anderen Stelle mit wenig Aufwand mal ausgewechselt werden. Einzig das Schlafsofa ermöglicht leider keinen erholsamen Schlaf, da es bei Nutzung durch zwei Personen extrem durchgelegen ist und quietscht. Der letzte Punkt veranlasst uns leider dazu, das an sich schöne Appartement nicht weiterzuempfehlen.

Kurzurlaub in kleiner Studio-Wohnung
Die Wohnung liegt etwas abseits des Ortes. Ausstattung und Räume könnten etwas besser beschrieben werden. Das Bett war leider etwas durchgelegen und klemmte beim Auf/Abbau. WLan Daten erst auf Nachfrage. Ansonsten hatten wir ein paar schöne Tage im Harz. Sehr Netter Kontakt zur Wohnungsbetreuung.

Wir fühlten uns sofort wohl-Ansprechende Einrichtung, tolle Ausstattung in wunderbarer Lage!;)
Würden die Wohnung jederzeit wieder buchen…. Als Ausgangsort für tolle Wanderungen im Harz aber auch zur Erkundung einer geschichtlich sehr reichen Gegend mit zauberhaften, romantischen Städten, in denen es eine Menge zu erkunden gibt. Das wenige Kilometer entfernte Goslar ist eine Quelle vielfältiger Tagesgestaltungsmöglichkeiten-das Fachwerk der Häuser beeindruckend.

Kurz Urlaub zum suf tanken ⛽️!
Sehr schöne Wohnung, alles da was man braucht. Einziger Punkt was negativ ist ist die Schlaf Coutch desin super,Funktion zu weich hängt bei zwei Erwachsenen mit normalen Gewicht durch( da kein Lattenrost)und quitcht. Umgebung super zum Wandern mit Hund.Schnell im Zentrum.
