Overall, my experience was okay — not bad, but I was expecting a bit more considering the price (over $200 a night). I understand the rates were probably higher because of the nearby music festival, though.
The staff were polite and professional, but the interactions felt a bit transactional. Not unfriendly, just not as warm or welcoming as I’ve experienced elsewhere.
The room itself was clean and comfortable, which I appreciated. However, the TV placement was a bit odd — it wasn’t centered with the bed, so we had to adjust it and watch at an angle. The AC unit also blew directly on one side of the bed, so I had to shift over a little to get comfortable.
Breakfast could use a little improvement. The options were limited and some items were a bit dry, which was a bit disappointing for the price point. The Wi-Fi was also a little slow at times.
All in all, it was a decent stay — clean room, fair comfort, and a convenient location — but a few small things kept it from being great.
