Holiday Home "Unteres Hart" – Spacious and Comfortable Retreat

You will stay in a modern detached house offering 180 m² of living space across three floors. The property features four bedrooms and two bathrooms. In the spacious living and dining area, a wood-burning stove creates a cosy atmosphere. Underfloor and central heating are provided. Two terraces and a fenced garden with lawn invite you to relax outdoors. The fully equipped kitchen includes a fridge-freezer, oven with hob, microwave, and dishwasher. A washing machine and dryer are also available. Further amenities include TV, radio, and Wi-Fi. The house is non-smoking. Two parking spaces and lockable bicycle storage are provided. The house is set in a particularly quiet location, elevated above the idyllic Große Lautertal in the Swabian Alb biosphere area. Countless leisure activities await: cycling and kayaking in the Lautertal, carriage and wagon rides (Landesgestüt Marbach), swimming, hiking, and cross-country skiing. The natural scenery is impressive in every season. Limestone caves, numerous medieval castles and ruins, and Celtic excavations (Heuneburg Celtic Museum) give the region its unique character. The Middle Alb offers a wide range of dining options. Nearby towns such as Bad Urach, Metzingen, Münsingen, Reutlingen, and Ulm provide many shopping opportunities for everyday and special needs.
