We are 30 m away. from the sea and 50 m. from the beach, partly equipped, with a crystal clear sea. The house is divided into 2 levels, on the upper floor we find the living room which overlooks the terrace divided into a lounge area and a dining area from which you can enjoy a splendid view of the gulf and the island of Tavolara. The kitchen, equipped with oven and dishwasher, overlooks a planted courtyard.
Finally, 1 double bedroom, equipped with air conditioning, with sea view and internal bathroom and 1 small bedroom with bunk bed, also with internal bathroom.
On the lower floor and with an independent entrance we have the third bedroom, equipped with air conditioning, with 1 double bed and a queen size bed, this room also has an internal bathroom
The house is in excellent condition and has been completely renovated.
Upon request, towels and bed linen will be provided at a cost of 15 euros per week for single beds and 30 euros per week for double beds

Sehr sehr ruhig. Tolle Aussicht. Kleiner Strand in der Nähe, ebenso Supermarkt. Ein Auto ist erforderlich für die Umgebung.

Herrliche Auszeit

Wir hatten wunderbare 9 Tage in diesem tollen Haus. Die Einrichtung ist gemütlich. Die Bäder und die Küche tip top. Wir hätten uns eine Kaffeemaschine gewünscht. Die gab es leider nicht. Antonio ist ein sehr sympathischer Hauseigentümer. Das Check in war super entspannt ebenso wie das auschecken. Rundherum eine super Wahl und ein herrlicher Urlaub.

Entspannung pur!

Das Haus befindet sich in einer sehr ruhigen Lage, wenige Meter von einer kleinen Bucht, die man zu Fuß durch eine kleine Gasse sehr schnell erreicht. Das Meer ist klar und der Sand glitzert. Mit dem Auto sind auch die anderen Strände gut zu erreichen und man kann zum parken bis ran fahren. Das Haus ist gemütlich und geschmackvoll eingerichtet und mit allem Nötigen ausgestattet. Außer der Terrasse mit Blick über die Bucht und genügend Sitzmöglichkeit- gibt es noch einen kleinen Garten hinten raus. Wir waren vom 14.-23.09. Gäste und haben die Ruhe genossen. Kein Partylärm, keine lauten Nachbarn und außer die Müllabfuhr kaum ein Auto unterwegs. Der Check in und Check out war total unkompliziert. Wir waren es gewohnt erstmal Dokumente vorzulegen und Formulare auszufüllen. Außerdem wird man dann überhäuft mit Informationen, die man am Ankunftstag sowieso nicht alle speichern kann! Wir bekamen die Schlüssel und kurze Einweisung und konnten erstmal in Ruhe ankommen. Ganz in der Nähe ( zu Fuß geht auch, mit Auto jedoch besser) gibt es einen kleinen Einkaufsmarkt. Dort bekommt man so ziemlich alles und wir haben uns öfter Fertiggerichte mitgenommen, da essen gehen sehr kostspielig war und es für das Geld nicht viel auf dem Teller zu sehen gab. Sehr angenehmer und freundlicher Kontakt mit dem Vermieter und Giovanni - der uns empfangen hat. Wir können dieses Haus nur empfehlen! Vielen Dank für die tolle Zeit, Gruß Katrin und Susann

Assolutamente da consigliare!

Abitazione molto accogliente, pulita, moderna e situata in un quartiere residenziale tranquillo. Ristrutturata da poco con buon gusto è davvero funzionale sotto ogni aspetto e provvista di tutti i comfort. Gestore estremamente disponibile e gentile. Ottimale per vacanze in pieno relax sia in famiglia sia con amici. La spiaggia, tra l’altro una delle più belle del Golfo, è a soli 30 metri e dalla terrazza di casa si gode una vista splendida su tutta la baia. Assolutamente da consigliare!

Casa con vista stupenda

Bellissima casa, arredata con gusto, attrezzata con tutto il necessario e confortevole per chi ha bambini piccoli come me. La vista sul mare che dire.. un sogno! Spiaggia vicinissima, raggiungibile a piedi in neanche due minuti.. una vacanza che ci è restata nel cuore! Il proprietario gentilissimo e sempre disponibile ci ha fatto sentire come a casa nostra.. Torneremo sicuramente !!

Abbiamo trascorso due bellissime settimane, la casa e la posizione molto vicine alla spiaggia erano l'ideale. Il proprietario è stato molto gentile e sempre disponibile.

Schönes Sardinien

Wir, ein älteres Ehepaar, waren im September 2018 zum fünften Mal auf Sardinien. Leider müssen wir feststellen,dass die Ferienwohnungen immer teuer werden und entschiedene Dinge verschwiegen werden bzw. anderes als die Fotos es vorgaukeln in Wirklichkeit sind. Diese Wohnung war ausgesprochenen schön eingerichtet und hatte auf der großen Terrasse einen wunderschönen Blick aufs Meer. Leider waren die Fliesen in der Küche mit weißer Farbe übergestrichen worden und das dritte Schlafzimmer befand sich in einer schönen umgebauten Garage. Da wir bei der Ankunft eine schmutzige Küche vorfanden und sehr viel Unannehmlichkeiten wegen eines Wasserrohrbruches hatten, war der Vermieter sehr bemüht das gutzumachen.

Geschmackvolles Ferienwohnung in bester Lage

Wir haben bei bestem Wetter zwei wunderschöne Ferienwochen in der geschmackvollen Ferienwohnung verbracht. Der Blick von der Terasse auf die Bucht von Golfo Aranci ist einzigartig. Die komplette Infrastruktur wie Supermarkt, Restaurants und Lungomare sind bequem fussläufig erreichbar. Ebenso der Strand mit kristallklarem Wasser und feinen Sand ist nur 100 Meter vom Haus entfernt. Die Hausverwalterin Isabella sowie auch der Hauseigentümer sind unglaublich nett und kümmern sich über die Maßen um ihre Feriengäste. Wir empfehlen die Wohnung uneingeschränkt weiter und kommen selbst gerne bei nächster Gelegenheit wieder.
