Home away from home! This property is truly spectacular. This is our second time staying at this beautiful home and it never fails to welcome us in with open arms. The views will leave you in awe of the colorful and serene landscape. The warm decor of the home will make you never want to leave. We had everything we could ever want or need at our fingertips and the host even leaves extra goodies for your enjoyment! It's one of our favorite vacation rentals we've ever stayed at and we can't wait to return!

Gem of the Ozarks

This house/cabin was amazing. By far one of the nicest places we have stayed. The ammenities were fantastic as well. You can tell the owners truly love and take care of the place. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to stay in this area. There is a lot to do in the surrounding areas and at the home as well.

Everything we expected & more

Absolutely just as pictured, beautiful views, all sorts of things to do at the lake house for the kids, games, arcade game, toys for our 3 year old. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen well stocked. Outdoor patios awesome. Beautiful well decorated house with all the amenities we expected & even some we didn’t! Only regret is that we didn’t spend more time at the house!

Five Star Stay!

We had a fantastic stay at the Gem of the Ozarks house! The house was incredibly clean and had everything that we needed for a wonderful stay. The house was the perfect size for our family and beautifully decorated. Our kids loved the downstairs games and bunk room and we all enjoyed the glorious view! The outdoor deck space is fantastic for morning coffee. It was so quiet and peaceful-You will not regret staying here! Rachel was a fantastic host and very easy to work with. We definitely give this property five stars!

Beautiful and very well appointed!

The lake house was even more beautiful in real life! Very well appointed with coffee and cocoa bar, well stocked kitchen, and a fresh cake upon arrival! The kids had fun looking for arrows, playing board games, and arcading. And the view was wonderful. Perfect location, too! We made a trip to Eureka for lunch one day. Definitely recommend.

The best getaway!

Absolutely amazing!! We stayed here for a Mother’s Day weekend get away & it was perfect!! We took our kids with us (ages range 2-6) and they all had a blast! The house was perfect & so clean! The location was amazing. The host was phenomenal! She thought of everything & was in contact regularly if needed & gave us great recommendations! HIGHLY recommend staying here for the best relaxation! We will definitely be back in another season!

Great stay, very secluded

Property was very clean and well stocked. The property manager left some welcome goodies for us prior to arrival which was unique. Lots of games, movies and other items for guests to enjoy. The binoculars were a big hit! Little off the beaten path if your looking for seclusion just keep in mind your about an hour from Branson if your heading there for any activities. Property manager/owner was very attentive and checked in to make sure there were no issues. Nice view of Table Rock lake. Would stay again!

Beautiful and relaxing getaway

We absolutely loved this property! It was so clean and beautiful. The views were amazing. The decks were perfect for relaxing and gathering with family. My kids (8,6,3) loved everything about this place! The hidden arrowheads, games, rock wall, legos, so many fun toys, and of course the arcade. They did not want to leave! The host, Rachel went over and beyond expectations. She has provided everything you need and extra goodies for us and the kids. She also gave us great recommendations for things to do and places to go. We had a wonderful weekend and I would recommend this place to everyone.

Would stay here again

This was one of the nicest vacation homes we have stayed in. It was very clean and nicely furnished. We cooked several of our meals there, and they had all the tools we needed. There are spaces to hang out together and plenty of areas to spread out. We loved the coffee / library area and the outdoor hammocks. Our teenage girls loved the bunk room. All the beds were comfortable. We enjoyed the lake view from the upper deck. We loved the location. It’s in quiet neighborhood, and isn’t too far of a drive from many of the places we visited- the beach at Eagle Rock, Eureka Springs, Roaring River State Park, Kings River Marina, Branson. The hosts were great about communicating. They even had some special treats for the girls when we arrived. Would definitely stay there again if we are in that area.

Summer Getaway

This rental is exceptional! Great host communication, very clean, comfy beds and pillows, top notch kitchen accessories, and every detail to make our stay perfect. We enjoyed the vast selection of books & games. Our son loved the downstairs bedroom and game area. He didn’t want to leave! We loved the outside spaces too and enjoyed watching the birds and squirrels at their feeders. One of the many sweet details that make your stay extra special. Rachel’s welcome gift along with so many other details really set this house apart. We travel a few times a year and this vacation home and experience is one we will always remember. It is a true GEM!

Wonderful Lake House

House was beautiful, so was the view. Very clean. When I say very, I mean it. I’m a VERY picky person when it comes to cleanliness. Sheets were very clean and welcoming, floors were spotless, even the forks and spoons didn’t have a spec on them. Very pleased with that. Rachel the host was very quick to respond to any question or concern we had. We had some trouble getting the AC running upstairs, but she made sure to walk us through the process of getting it back on, even offered to come in person and fix it herself. She also had the fridge stocked with goodies that were ready for us, great surprise. We plan to stay there again when in town next time! Highly recommend.

Making family memories in a breathtaking lake home!

My husband, two teenage sons (17 and 19) and I chose this property for a short family vacation to relax and disconnect from our daily stress and spend some quality family time together. This property exceeded all expectations. It is the perfect lakefront getaway to unwind, de-stress, and make amazing family memories. It is truly a "Gem". We enjoyed playing board games each evening and drinking coffee and hot chocolate on the deck watching the beautiful sunrise over the lake. Rachel was very responsive to the couple of minor issues we encountered and resolved them quickly. Her attention to detail is impressive. There were snacks, sodas, wine, coffee, tea, and all you could want for a full breakfast. No need to worry about going to the store - it had everything you could need for that first breakfast, and then some. It is close to Eureka Springs and Branson if you like to go sightseeing and don't miss the Golden museum - it is a surprising treasure that you must see to believe! We will definitely look for another opportunity to return to this wonderful property.

This is definitely the nicest house we've ever rented! The house is gorgeous, straight off of an HGTV episode!! Warm, welcoming, cozy vibe for sure. And all of the amenities! The coffee bar is over the top with options. The cinnamon rolls, meat tray, bottled water and coke was such a fun surprise! We loved lounging on the top deck watching the birds and squirrels. Playing board games outside. So many to choose from! We had fun playing the video games and corn hole downstairs. We made s'mores on the fire pit with firewood and fire starters from the house. The area was very quiet with a ton of privacy. Felt like we were the only ones in the area. Rachel messaged me on our way there to answer any questions and provide recommendations for food and activities. She was very sweet asking about my kids so she could provide information for activities in the area that they would like based on their age and interests. My kids were so enamored by the house and what she had provided they wanted me to tell her they loved her and she was doing God's work. lol The only disappointing part was that we didn't stay longer!!

Absolute paradise

First, let me say that our family stays in a different place every year for family vacation: different states, parts of the country, etc. We VRBO almost every time. This property is at the TOP of our list. We have a family of 6 and we all were very comfortable. The owner, Rachel, has thought of everything to make your stay fantastic! The entire home is beautiful, and she makes such an effort to make sure you enjoy your stay! We took advantage of the coffee bar every morning while watching the squirrels and birds at their feeder, the hammocks on the porch, the smores and fire pit outside, finding the arrowheads she hides, reading books from the library, playing the video arcade, and I even colored two pictures from the art section she provided. We had a game night twice with all of the board games she provides. You really do not have to leave at all to have the best trip! She has put forth so much effort to make sure your stay is great!! Full disclosure: we spent a week and did travel out a bit to Branson and many local attractions. This property is fairly rural. The positive is that it is positioned between Eureka Springs and the Branson attractions. The downside: If you are not wanting to spend some time traveling to different attractions (always less than 55 min), then this may not be for you. But, the home is so great that it is worth it. There is no lake access with this property, but you do have beautiful views of the lake.

Sister trip 2022

Very cozy, inviting and clean. Absolutely loved our stay here, Rachel is outstanding, very helpful, all of her special touches were very much appreciated. Amenities; coffee, wine, in particular, were better than we've found in any other vacation rental. Deck is awesome, great views, plenty of seating, hammocks, etc. This place is just awesome top to bottom, checks all the boxes. One last thought; as of right now, Oct '22, this rental is a "new" listing but don't let a lack of reviews steer you away from renting, it's 100% 5 star., we'll definitely stay here again given the chance.
